Lost ebay stealth book

I bought the Stealth Book before but i cant find it on my computer. Is there anyway i can obtain a new copy without repurchasing?
Like by proof that my account purchased it or so?

How do i find a mod? Ive found my associated account.
I bought it back in 2016, i thought it was a purchase but its actually a subscription?
I never read the thing cause i didnt need the thing at the time, but now i do and i cant access it ;( I would have taken screenshots if i realized it was a time limited access i paid for..

Yes it's subscription based only. As of right now it's $20/month.
