Purchasing an account
 

Hi!

I was wondering what everyone's thoughts were on buying an account versus creating your own?

I have considered buying an account, but I have a sense of anxiety that I'll do something wrong and it will get suspended. I know you need to invest money in starting a stealth account, I just worry that after money is invested something bad will happen! :/

Any advice will be greatly appreciated! :)

You need some experience in stealth before purchasing an account in my opinion. What's the point of purchasing an account just to get it shut down by making a mistake?

Start your own stealths, read up around here, make some inevitable mistakes and then go from there. That's what I did years ago. I would have lost so much money if I had just jumped in blind and started purchasing accounts.

Yeah, good point martyjump.

It's best to learn the basics of stealth before you purchase an account. EBay Stealth was written just for that. Give it a quick read and afterwards if you want to purchase an account, go for it.

I am reading ebay stealth and had a question regarding a credit card? Can I use a card that has my name that hasn't been used on a previous PP account?

Not sure, what I read on the book was that, you could use a nickname with some banks, not sure how it is with a credit card, mainly ppl use VCCs.

Safer to use a VCC and you can find them for ~$10

Use a VCC as others have mentioned. Also going down either route is fine. It's pretty much free to create an account other than a few small investments like time and maybe $50 for things like VPN, VCC, etc.

Creating your own is fun cause then you get to see the process. Buying is another good option as long as you follow seller's instructions you will be okay.
