eBay messages problem !

Hello.

I have this problem for about one week , i try to contact more potential buyers / bidders on my listing , and when i want to contact them , this is showing up !
On all the clients have this issue !

Do you have any of this problems ?

Is it saying you can't contact anyone cause you're sending to many messages?

I've never seen this problem. You should redact your name (showing in the top left) when you post screenshots of your account.

How are you attempting to contact these buyers? Are you going to their eBay profile and trying to send a message from there?

It's just saying "Something went wrong. Please try again later"

Going through my bidders list and i contact them if i can but for a week this message showing up !

And yes trough the eBay profile of a potential buyer !

If you've been doing this for a while, it may be some kind of anti-spam filter on eBay stopping you from sending the messages. I'm not sure. Will it let you send a message to someone who's actually purchased an item from you?

This is the kind of thing where the best course of action would be simply contacting eBay customer service and asking them what the problem is..

That message come when i try to click on contact of the buyer , not after i write the message and then i click send no way.

That message show me before sending the message.


I don't think so , if i try to send from my messages list works like a charm.

I think it's a problem with them , or i will contact them.

Solved.


I tried from my chrome browser on the phone and worked.

I don't know why on my both laptops didn't work , maybe because i'm using Firefox.
