What happened to the sellers on eb offering flashing services ? and the price of mifis are 170 now ?????????? What happened here ..
I need to get one reflashed anyone know who is doing it ?

Pretty sure that ship sailed out already. My last 2 stopped working 6 weeks ago. I'd switched to 4G in January tho. Don't miss those speeds...

It's on the "main forums" page at the top but you have to be subscribed to see it. :violin:

Basically it's just people talking about how cell phone providers have pretty much put an end to flashed 3G stuff. vzwunlocker.com is talked about a lot.

You can find a lot of people sharing info on rv/cheaper living/off grid forums. I believe there are still people successfully doing verizon 4g flashes.

With your 4g flashed service, are all your IPs located in your general area?

The thing I liked about 3g was the wide spread location of the IPs and the huge pool of IPs

My 4G isn't flashed.

Location does seem to me more pinpointed than 3G was, but still out 100 miles sometimes. 3G I often got completely different states.

I don't think there is any other option for 3G mifis. They no longer activate 3G phones from my understanding.

So my dead mifi , can it be used with a pay card ? or would it have to be reflashed to 4g ?
