How long does it take for this to clear if you've ever gotten this message?

I bought an aged eBay account and this was a message I got after my first listing. Never had this issue after 2 successful eBay stealth accounts from the same seller. Was wondering if you guys have any idea about this.

You need to contact the person who sold you the account. They are the only person in a position to help.

I've seen that happen before. Definitely talk with the person whom you bought the account from. I'm sure he can help you =)
