What exactly is wrong with the account?
 

So I stopped selling on my main and only account for a month and now I am trying to get back. The metrics of the accounts are all red and down.

No matter what I do, the listings I am creating stay down and don't go up.

The account still has its "Top Rated" status though!



Any thoughts on this?

Why are your metrics in the red if your account is Top Rated? Is it projected to stay Top Rated on the next evaluation cycle?

The bad metrics probably have something to do with your poor listing placement in search results. Try leaving your listings active a while and give them time to rise in the results.

My bad, by metrics I was talking about conversion rate, click rate and impressions.

Oh thats the same problem I heard from many, atleast u have to use it a while

Answer is pretty much the same. Your low sales conversion rate is causing your listings to rank low. I always say sales conversion is probably the biggest factor considered when determining a seller's search placement.

Make a bunch of listings for hot-selling items. As sales start rolling in your overall listing rank will slowly improve.

yes thats the main reason its like SEO i.e. Search Engine Optimization
