Visa Giftcard for Registration
 

I would like to register a new account on feebay from another country because most sellers in the category that I sell in are from outside of the U.S.

This would add credibility to my eBay ID. Unfortunately, none of the Visa giftcards that I have found (Simon, and others) allow you to register a foreign address.

Does anyone know of where I can get a Visa/MC giftcard that will allow me to register with a non-U.S. address?
