2. New Dedicated IP adress.
3. Stealth account.
4. start selling?

If i purchase an account with 500/25,000.
How will i be able to verify when paypal asks for proof?
And how could i even withdraw the money.

So its no idea for me to purchase a US/UK account. Becouse i live in sweden and im not able to withdraw the cash.
If i get a eBay Stealth account from sweden, i could have more resocres i belive, what do you think?
