someone left me abusive feedback....
 

so a buyer left me feedback saying I was a fraudulent seller and gave me the middle finger emoji. Is it worth calling ebay to ask the to try and change this feedback?

Yeah. If you aren't a fraud they may remove it altogether for you.

Any vulgar / abusive language can be removed by ebay as per policy.

up to you to make that decision. I only care if the account is fairly new or really big and under attack by competitors. Feedback is meaningless really.

They'll remove the fb if it is against policy. Will need to call in though. They don't seem to do anything if you just report it.

Yeah, I once complained about them using the word 'f*ck' in negative feedback to me, so they took care of it all right - they replaced the word with **** and left the negative and the rest of the feedback unaltered.

That's their policy. They remove the words rather than the feedback. THO, I did manage to get the words deleted, and then contacted another rep and said " hey, so they only removed the words and not the feedback. Must be a mistake". And she deleted the feedback!!!! Bahahahahaha
