Making Stealth account do I need
 

I made my own first stealth account without any problems. The only issue I see is they only give me a 5 item 500 limit in sales. Is it because I only added a vanilla visa card and did not add a vba or bank account?

Ive made 5 sofar and all of them are 5/500 they all have vcc and vba attached fully verified still looking at this myself. wondering how old they need to be before u can request upgrade

@ the OP - there are a lot of somewhat shady methods used to get high limits on account creation, but in reality a 5/500 account is the safest kind you can hope for. The low starting selling limit ensures that you won't sell too quickly on your new account and end up with a limited PP account.

If I were you I'd keep making stealth accounts until you have 4 or 5 you can sell on. Then slowly start making listings and your selling limits will naturally raise over the next few months. If you play your hand right that 5/500 could be a 500/50000 after the first couple of months.

Thank you. I am working on figuring out the phone verification and the mismatched name bank to use. Thank you for your input.

still have not got the phone thing yet. tried the voip and none have worked. says this number is not listed in your name.

Yeah, use a real phone for account creation. Then maybe go back in later and add a voip #.

Did, it worked for ebay but paypal says the phone is not registered in your name. They wont let me do anything until I verify the phone.

Google voice, because it's free and the numbers are locked in.

Doesn't always work for security checks down the road where Paypal wants to send you a text though.
