eBay new Vero program for listening remove
 

Hello,
Does anyone know how to avoid this new ebay Vero software,
I had a listenings remove from my eBay account, which were good for more than 3 years.
Can I relist them? Or should use different methods now?
Shall I use the same keywords ?
Any advice would be appreciate. Thank you

There is only one way to reliably sell VeRO:
Get permission from the rights owner.

It's not eBay that takes the listing down, it is the rights owner or a 3d party that files reports on their behalf.

How lucky could you get selling these? It depends on how advanced the technology they're using to identify infringing listings.

As the previous poster said, eBay rarely if ever removes listings. They are either the rights owner, their agent, or other 3rd party working on their behalf.

The removal is largely automated, but you can be sure they sweep certain categories, keywords, and look for a few other things. You can try and trick their search routine, but even if you are successful, they are sure to to a manual check every once in a while that will nail you.

Better don't relist, this may lead to account permanent suspension.
If you are selling brand items I don't know how you will make it again without using same keywords.

Are there any customer complaints "item not as described", what are the account metrics ? How are your other accounts if you have ?

It could have been a test purchase too. Do you have rights to sell product? Are they official licensed?

My matrix are 99% with 1100 feedbacks , and no complaints at all.
It's really strange because all another sellers are still selling all these items.
I had never had a complain about my items.
I will try to list them again but with different discription and no keywords to see what will happen

I don't have the right to sell them.
I don't know who has it these days on eBay to be honest.

May be they have permission to sell these items. You've changed something recently, more and/or fast sales, new items/models ?

No I haven't. I have my standard eBay account and one stealth. I will.try to list these items again next week from my stealth account and see what will happen.
The items aren't high risk or etc.
I don't believe that another users from China have license for the items :).
I reckon I was just cough randomly with eBay software.
I still have 25 items with similar words and discription even few with the same and not a problems at all with them.
Fingers crossed to stay in that way.

I doubt EB are removing low risk item listings :)

Most likely with famous car brands, that's why they removed your listings, imo.

I would wait at least 3 month to relist the items, they are monitoring your account for the moment .. I would make some more stealth accounts and try to relist with different keyword as you said, to see if it works .

Well apparently not you. We use legit brand approved items and I can have a listing taken down within 24hrs if they dont follow rules.

as much as doing the above sucks because of the wait, this is something i have practiced. different stealthers will argue that it resets after so much time, and i truthfully dont know what to believe. it may depend on the the ver0 agent or brand. it may just be dumb luck. i have seen it escalate to the next of restriction and i have seen it reset with just a warning after waiting 3 months. but waiting out 3 months to relist is a good idea just so the account can cool off, and this is when having the extra accounts help out. it is always good to have accounts to rotate. you never know what ebay will do or exactly why they do it. best to be prepared.
