Best VCC for new ebay account?

What's the best VCC to start selling on new US Ebay account?
I've always attached aged Paypal accounts to my new Ebay's but I don't have any now and it seems new verified Paypal's are being denied from Ebay. So I'm looking for US VCC.

I've had no problem attaching new verified paypals to my new ebay accounts and getting high limits/selling with them as of late.. May I ask how you're verifying your new paypal accounts that aren't working?

Thanks for helping. Then or It's the card which I'm using to verify my Paypal or Ebay just don't allow new verified accounts only with VCC attached. Unlike US/Germany/UK Paypal accounts (and there are more than I don't remember now) others Paypal accounts only need VCC to get verified. I think that's the difference. Probably Ebay is taking your VBA (Bank associated to your account) as automatic payment method.

Can you recommend where you're buying your VCCs/VBAs?

You should only buy your VCC or services from the marketplace section of the forum.

Those sellers are vetted and approved by us. So they are safe.
Make sure you report anyone who sends you a PM trying to sell you stuff to the moderators.

Agreed, report them. Better to be safe and buy from people in the marketplace.

If you have trouble finding any VCC's you can always use physical visa/master prepaid card you can buy in store which work well.

I already contacted two which are "selling" VCCs.
One of them just wanted Bitcoin when in their thread he accepts Paypal and others payment processors.
And another one sold me a VCC from Malta when I asked one from US.
So don't know if you've reviewed those sellers recently -
