Below Standard vs. New Account
Just came back to eBay to find my account had slipped to Below Standard. Three cases were opened and closed without my participation. I left some items up for sale accidentally after I decided to take a break from eBay, and three customers bought them and I obviously didn't respond. An honest mistake on my part, but clearly I'm to blame. Anyway. Other than this new Below Standard rating, my account is clean. 100% positive feedback. $13,000/100 selling limit. 65 positive comments. 15 months old.
But now that I've started to list items, I've quickly discovered my items are buried in the search results, sometimes as low as 9th or 10th pages. Getting no views.
So... should I just cut bait and start a new stealth? Is going through the newbie process all over again better than (seemingly) being throttled and held back? Or should I not give up on this account just yet? Any help is greatly appreciated!
