Zero feedback buyer are wasting my time

I just created a new account, I was selling a product priced at $35, but the winning bidder with zero feedback has a bid $600. How do i stop them?

Pay attention to your auctions.

In the beginning when they bid, cancel them then block their accounts.

Before the auction ends, remove their bids and block them.

To select buyer requirements for all your listings:
Go to My eBay > Account > Site Preferences or Seller Hub > Overview > Shortcuts > Site preferences.
In the Selling preferences section, scroll to Buyer requirements, and click Show.
Click Edit.
On the Buyer requirements page, select your requirements.

Go there and block people with less than X feedback.

Re: Zero feedback buyer are wasting my time

I had this happened more than a few times on auctions, even on my established accounts. Seems there is a rash of these zero FB guys with newly created accounts who like to jump into your listing and mess with the price. Sometimes they would win, and then flat out never pay or hear from them.

This is why I pay VERY close attention to the bid history, particularly during the last few minutes of the auction. If I get one of these zero FB bids, I already have the cancellation page and block member pages up on my browser ready to go. I cancel their bids, then immediately block in one single motion. YOU HAVE TO BE QUICK AND PAY ATTENTION!! There are some browser tools that will help you automate this with only a click or two if setup right.

My listings also clearly state I will not sell to anyone with less than 5 feedbacks. Even then, people don't often read so I will cancel their bids. It saves me a lot of trouble later on.

Buy it now actually makes the sale a lot faster. I almost never get bids to a reasonable price anymore

Well that is all and good, BUT I have had $40 BIN posted as auction and sell for $150 and they pay immediately.

I hear you, it certainly can depend on the product itself and luck.

It's a tricky thing to balance out at times.

See I prefer the stability over the fluctuations in sales.
I like making $50 each time often, rather than making $10 now, may make $100 tomorrow, then dips again, it's stressful
