I want to start selling again on ebay.

Need swedish stealth account.

How much can i sell before getting in trouble etc?

1-2 ( 5 - 10€ ) items is the safest on a new account. You can sell more but you introduce more risk.

Its not always down to the value of the item, but also the type of item. Digital and electronic items for example can be cheap but very high risk.
