Ebay deleted account after listing has been added

Hello,
My account was more than 30 days old, had browsing history.
Today added VCC for Paypal and created new listing for first time and after few minutes my listing got deleted and account suspended.
That mean that something was linked that my account got deleted so quickly?

Maybe they want to verify your identity. Tell us more about the suspension.

It's common for eBay to temporarily suspend accounts upon the first listing being created. Usually you just need to call in and answer some basic questions about your selling practices. (Do you stock the items yourself? Do you intend to grow? etc...)

Thank you everyone for answer.
At first got email that my account got temporarily suspension but after few minutes got email that my account has been suspended.
