Ebay Ask For Some Documents .Any Help Please

first they restrict account .asked for ID's.. uploaded it .then received this message askfor more doc's

Wow that is a lot of doc requests that I have never seen before

Were you applying for something with PayPal or did it just come out of the blue?

new account .when tried to list first item to sell proplem begin .. no trouble with paypal .. personal info are real ..match in both ebay &paypal...

Paypal might have caught on to the dropshipping source ....aliexpress would be a huge flag to a new account.

This is the first time I have ever seen eBay ask for Proof of EMPLOYMENT. Seriously?
What does your employer have to do with selling on eBay?

Next thing you know they will be asking for your vehicle and medical records.

This is nuts. If they did this to me, I'd tell them to take a hike and abandon the account.

Since this is your real account, I suggest giving them what they need and stop using aliexpress for now. Sounds like this is what's triggering it.

You should also make some back up eBay Stealth accounts while you are at it so you can start selling again.

Could the email be a phishing email. I can't imagine ebay asking for

employment verification/tax forms etc. Someone may be trying to get personal info. ( was the message in your ebay messages or just to your personal email)

I would not even be able to provide all of that as ebay and amazon is full time for me and no other employment outside of my selling.

Possible point - maybe OP can post a screenshot with account info blacked out?

They also restricted me, they wrote me that I had to provide the documents to verify my identity and they ask me to write them, I already wrote them, but I'm almost sure they'll ask me the same. It is a new account and it was restricted when listing my first product, and I have false information. It will be a new practice, because I never had a restricted account or that they asked me to verify never before. On the other hand I wanted to ask if I falsify such documents or if they noticed it?

How did aliexpress and the items listed show up with eBay and PayPal in the mix? Did you advertise in your listing that it's from aliexpress or something?
