China Shipping Drop Shippers
 

The reason sellers have been so successful with drop shipping items from China was the low subsidized postal rates. I could ship certain items from China to USA cheaper than tracking was to someone 2 streets over.

NEWS FLASH

Pres. Trump announced today that he was going to withdraw the USA from the Postal agreement with China.

That is bad news for all drop shippers as free postage to USA will most likely be going away.

It's about time!!!!

Dropshippers will be fine since the market will adjust over time. I'm so sick of Chinese sellers listing my $5 item for $.18 with free shipping..

Yeah, they are called consumers because... they just consume.
And they have had their easy run compared to us who are trying to produce / make something.

I saw a snipet of news just now about this that this won't take effect for another year?

Apparently they are trying to negotiate something before pulling out completely with UPU

Well, God bless Trump then!! It's about time the west stands up to China and cut off these suckers who are willing to drown the market with listings just to make 0.01$ in profit on every sale they bring in.


Hopefully Germany and the entire EU will do the same very soon.

In the long run, it's in the interest of domestic customers to pay a few more bucks on their order than making someone in China make a profit.
