Unauthorised logo items
 

Hi guys.
I have a question about different types of messages about unauthorised items which I got on my accounts.

1st type is:
Some authorized company report my listing to Ebay and a as a result listing was removed , after I receive several messages like this my selling privileges were restricted for 7 days
2nd type is:
Ebay just notify me that unauthorized listings were removed but they didn't specify on which behalf they were removed and for recent month I got 10+ removed items on one account and it is still allive and no restrictions on it for now.

What is the difference between these situations?
Can my listings been removed because some users (not authorized company) report my listings as counterfeit ?

1 - Vero company did it

2 - eBay themselves did it. Could be due to a report from a user or could be thay that just found it themselves

I still have similar items selling on this account , should I remove everything and migrate to other account or I can brush out the logos like many sellers do .. is things like this - brush out logo - really works? If it is brushed well seller loose customers who look for branded item for less if it is brushed in way that everyone understand that logo is brushed seller get headache with additional pictures request and since everyone understand what kind of item for sale in can be removed too? or can't since there is no logo visible ... just guesses ?

If you relist item or leave the issue which ebay sent you a warning message before, eventually you will wake up with an email saying your selling ability on the account is permanently limited.
