New account just for buying because i was banned!
 

I was banned from ebay just for buying, well history short i am going to create a new paypal, get new credit card with a new name and address and a new ebay account with a new phone number all with different names and new emails, just one account to buy here in Dominican republic and i will call my phone company to change my IP address and format my PC even i will get a new phone or tablet to work i just have some question can i still work from my home, do they track my geolocation and banned me again? and the most important question i use a forward address in florida is the same address for hundreds of people and i change my name there to but the forward address is the same i will problems with this? thanks.

Were you banned for attempting to scam sellers? That is one of the only reasons why eBay will block someone from buying.

Your plan is fine. You won't be linked by your forwarding address since, like you said, it's used by potentially hundreds of users.

i don`t scam sellers i make the mistake to accept partial refunds of some of then because the don`t want they items back i make more that 400 hundred buys on ebay spent more that 14,000 hundred dollars and they say i complaint to much with sellers, they say a describe something and send something as not describe, i have 1800 dollar in refund in my history and more of 1000 dollar are of cancel items from sellers or for me i lost more repairing those items that the refunds they send that is the true.

I make a new account with a new email from home but with my old paypal and my old address and was suspended in two days that is why i asking a more secure way. Thanks all for the replays.

Sounds like you do open a lot of cases and know how to play the system well....

Spent 14,000 and have over 1,800 in refunds. That is a very high percentage

i never have those 1800 dollar more of that appear as refund but was for item that i buy and the sellers cancel the order and money return 1,200 dollars in cancels order over 3 years a don`t have control of that i learn my lesson and i will never accept money from a seller and buy only to trusted seller if i can back and buy. Another question can i cancel my old paypal account and open another and use my old credit cards? thanks for the replays again.

No you can't. You'll have to use a new card and totally new details.

More than 10% of your total purchases were refunded which is extremely high regardless of the reason. They deemed you a liability which is why you were banned.

A lot of sellers will cancel an order if they see it's going to a forwarding company, so be careful with that I guess.

The crazy part is that of 14,000 almost 15,000 in purchase only 405.95 were partial refunds according to paypal in more than 3 year and 400 item buy learn my lesson not one peny in my card from sellers my ignorance betray me thinking that with that i will solve problems with sellers they offert those damm partial refunds i should never accept and send back their crap but what can i do. so if i use all new name phone or tablet and email and change my IP address i will not have problems?even if I do it in the same places as my house or in my work?

i can change what you think BigCJ and Flyriver but thanks for replay anyway just if this was not the true why i came here to a public place and tell i just need to tell i was banned need a new secure account and that is all but is ok, it seems like you have a lot of time in your hands you can continue and all the how think the same.

Best thing you can do to keep your account alive longer is be more careful what you buy so you dont have to complain as much about it.

Keep at the rate your going and you will just get banned again

Sorry man, dont take it personal. I should be more constructive though and tell you that you should be very aware of what you are purchasing, from experience, most of the time when something i receive is not as described, I can find something in the listing which I personally failed to notice, that would have made me more aware of what to expect. People rarely blatantly sell things that do not match their description, if they do, you can usually tell from their feedback.
