Should I Ship My Item???

I have a buyer who just an item from me....but their account was made in 2001 and they have 6 feed back & two negatives but four is positive and their paypal account has a confirmed address but it says (The sender of this payment is Unregistered)

should I refund they money or ship the item?

Mostly depends on the cost of the item you are sending. If it is under $50.oo I wouldn't worry to much.

But like I have said in several other posts...

CALL your customer if you have doubts.

I would ship it still, unless those negs says something that made you uncomfortable
