eBay getting strict for holidays again?
 

Last year I noticed ebay got super strict starting post Black Friday, and leading into January. It was my first year selling, so I had no frame of reference, but many of my best soldiers fell during battle (e.g. accounts limited), mostly due to overselling on new accounts and not being able to keep up with holiday demand

I've been behind on work ever since, and I've tried to prepare for the holidays accordingly this year. I made some accounts during the Summer and also recently to be more fully prepared, but Im noticing that many of my October accounts are falling quickly. Seems like they've gotten strict on new accounts much earlier this year compared to last year.

Has anyone had trouble recently creating and selling on new accounts?

Why exactly were the accounts banned? What do you mean by not being able to keep up with holiday demand? Have you processed orders so late or what?

Or did they freeze the account and ask for ID documents?


I am also noticing that no matter what I do my listings will not go up and conquer the search (as they've always done). I think the real reason is that eBay has fixed what sellers they want to sell during this season..

It would be really sad if he was banned because he didn't process orders within the time-frame!!
