Was anyone else aware that eBay limits the amount of feedback revision requests you can send?

It's always been limited. Here's how it works:

You're initially given 5 requests. For every 1000 positive feedbacks received, you get 5 more. It resets every year. Meaning an account with 10,000 positive feedbacks will be given 50 feedback revision requests on 1/1/2019.

I just found that out today. I thought that was pretty crazy. I guess I understand it but I also don't. Lol. Good ole eBay.

Yea, it's always been that way for many years now. Limited to 5 requests.

You don't have more than 5 negs do you?

They just don't want terrible sellers to be able to maintain 100% positive feedback by throwing money at all the customers they piss off. At least they give you more as your feedback goes up. If you can manage to build up an account with 50k+ feedback it's not a problem anymore since you're given 250 requests annually.

Best to avoid the negs in the first place, but even despite your best efforts at trying to keep the customers happy they might still neg you out of spite and refese to change it.

I've usually pretty good at managing the occasional pissed buyer. They rarely, if ever give me bad feedback. It'm still at 100% on the majority of my accounts.
