How to Increase eBay Seller Level
 

Hi all

Anyone have any ideas on how to improve my eBay Seller Level? I use to be above standard but has some delivery/stock issues, and now I am Below Standard:

Transaction Defect Rate: 0.53%
Late Delivery Rate: 19.56%
Cases Closed without Seller Resolution: 0.42%
Transaction and Sales: 3368 and £25,000

One of my product use to be on the first page when searching and now its dropped so much I can't find it.

Any tips greatly appreciated. I really want to make this a success.

You would have to sell a ton of items and ship them quickly. Moving forward I would adjust your shipping times so that 20% of your shipments aren't being counted as late.

Best way to stay in shape on eBay and Amazon is to sell your line up of products, but on the side sell items super cheap.

You dont necessarily have to make a profit of on those, but the point of those items is to rack up your sales figures, and dilute % of late deliveries etc.

Otherwise, if you keep going the way you're going, you're going to get limited. 20% late deliveries is quite significant.

Oh darn... 20% of late shipment that's extremely high.

LIke others have said, I think selling super cheap items in bulk that move fast will be your salvation here. But make sure you ship very fast.

So 20% will be re evaluated monthly or counted on all the sales from beginning?
