Being linked by the verification process.
 

Can Ebay link you to your restricted account just by the verification process? Like when you first open your account and request higher selling limits, the verification process they use to determine what limits to give you be a way for them to link you to a prior restricted account?

Yes. That's why we use stealth accounts. So you don't have to reuse your old (already banned) personal info and immediately get banned.

If you are looking to do this , the besrt way is to start with the ebay stealth.

It'll give you a very strong foundation and understanding of what's going on and what to do / not to do.
