Yet another EU Limit Thread

Hi,

I was wondering if getting - ahem - "creative" :spy: with your documents is still a viable option for lifting the EU limits.

I had used it to good effect in the past but recently my utility bill was rejected. I was wondering was it just sloppiness on my part or have they tightened up on this?
