When is it ok to list high risk items

Hello, i have had my ebay and paypal account for about a month now and i have sold a good 3-7 low risk items like toys and used clothing. i have a brand new pair of jordans shoes i really need to sell but i don't want my my paypal to get limited when will it be ok for me to post the shoes without getting limited ?

If it's only one pair, should be okay.

There are different classes of "high risk" items. Some are VeRO and IP protected, others are prone to being ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or knockoffs. Others have high rates of chargebacks or fraud (i.e. digital/virtual items)

If you are selling the one off or only a couple of them on an established account, you should be fine as the last poster says. It's when you list the same item(s) in multiples quickly you may run into issues.

I would say your account is still too premature for high risk items.

An established accounts means a lot more successful sales with feedback, than 3 to 7.

Always expect to get limited when you change your listing habits. If the value of the shoes is much higher than what you usually receive for sales then you might have a problem but i think your good if your selling them for 100-200 dollars ball park. BUT always expect to get limited.

Ok that's a very high risk item. Specially brand new.

I'd make sure you take all different angles of photos with your name on a piece of paper in the photo.

Include a receipt *greyed out* areas too.

be super detailed on the auction description.

Then ship super fast and ask for positive feedback that same day or the next.
