ebay warning about dsr
 

having had a shipment delayed by stupid customs for nearly 2 weeks i has some unhappy customers who decided to leave 1's for dsr even though they got full refund - now my 100% is ruined and my 30 day dsr is bad so ebay have sent me a warning

i have a few other customers affected by this delay and i suspect some will leave not good dsr feedback

the warning from ebay is i need to improve my dsr in 30 days which shouldnt be a problem as have loads of stock now however previous buyers may upset the boat

anyone had this warning before? will they limit my account if my feedback isnt perfect?

Maybe you should've delayed the refund until they couldn't leave feedback.

Speaking about what they call feedback manipulation eBay says that it "undermines the integrity of the feedback system".

How can you possibly undermine something which is so deeply flawed, corrupt and rotten to the core?

They also say "as in the world reputations are earned and not purchased".

Ebay need to get off their golden cloud. There are hundreds of eBay sellers who built a brand over the years, provided sterling customer service and product. But now they can get lambasted and kicked off because of one or two bad buyers if they are small sellers.

What price reputation? It doesnt pay the bills or the mortgage.

i have 20 days before they check again so im selling as many smaller items as i can to get my dsrs back or i fear i will be suspended

smaller items = the key. i sell literally thousands of items a month so if some idiot gets stupid with me, its merely a blip on the radar!

yea dont sell intl anymore, its not worth a couple dollars at all. ive been there.

If I didnt sell international I would starve! The market in the UK is simply not big enough when you have a niche product. 90% of my stuff goes to the USA!

Yep! This is the key to my success. I had gotten the warning and was very careful with what I sold. Now, I do about 300+ a month (and that is a slow month). When I get a negative, it is already moved 2 pages down, it is not an issue.
