Pls Help, SEA Shipping Policies - Tracking Mandate Program

Hi everyone, I have been shipping stuff on time to US buyers with tracking information uploaded. However I am still scoring unsatisfactory level.

May I ask, do eBay system check whether the scan is in the moment I update the tracking or at the end of 24 hours (since I put 1 business day)? Or by other means?

As long as the tracking number is validated (scanned) within your 1 day handling time, it shouldn't count as a defect.

Are you getting defects for "late delivery" or for "tracking uploaded and validated on time"?
