Ebay from 2 days dont save my sent message
 

a strange thing is happening to my ebay, when I send a message to the buyers if I go to the folder sent messages there is no trace of the messages sent from 2 days to today...
have happened to you too? I do not know what to do

What you are saying is the messages you are sending do not appear in the 'Sent' folder?

Have you tried with a different browser? It might be a javascript or temporary site issue.

Messages I'm sending to a buyer aren't showing in my SENT box. I sent a third to the buyers this morning, thinking the first two hadn't gone through, but there's no sign of that one either. So I have no idea if the buyers has received these messages or not. And if they have, they may well be wondering what on earth I'm playing at!

It's a bug. I'm having the same issue on UK accounts.

Are you by chance trying to send the messages with an email address or phone number in them? If it’s neither of those things then it sounds like a bug.

is a bug for sure,because the messages are delivered
but I can not work like that, I contacted ebay's chat and I explained the situation and they will let me know within 48 hours by email
