i have the same issue on one of my accounts, it works on other accounts though, maybe you have spent too much time on live chat, so they stopped you from using it, that is the only thing i can think of for why mine disappeared

I haven't had it on any of my accounts. I just always call in using the phone number on my account. Reps seem to be more helpful when you are actually on the phone.

I dont think you get it in the US

In the UK its there for some accounts and not there for others.
