Do paypal gets bank account info if debit card is added to paypal
 

Hi all,

my fresh account was suspended in 24 hours after it was created because of recent account activity has raised serious security concerns. Haven't read ebay stealth guide so most likely made mistakes with flash player, not completely removed cookies and etc. I have added my debit card details to paypal (name and billing address was stealth account holder) and receive later paypal confirmation code in bank statement. Any chance that paypal got my real bank account details (name, surname, account number and sort code)? I am planning to get replacement with different card number so could use again. Debit card is prepaid one. And could you clarify when I can add card and bank account to paypal/ebay accounts?
Other question is my last ebay account in my real name is blocked for at least 12 month and there is bank account details added (prepaid bank account with debit card). Can I use card of it with different paypal account, card number is different now as I reported as lost and got replacement. Thanks

Did you list any items on the account

You should add bank accounts to PayPal not the card itself. You need to a VCC for that

What card did you use?

If you haven't read the stealth guide there's a strong chance you messed up in a few different ways. Linking is likely a factor.

You don't need to use your real cards, just add a vcc.

Yes I did list few vero sensitive items. I have added revolut prepaid card details. Which one VCC you recommend? Bank account details add to paypal just for money withdrawn? How to pay for ebay purchases? Cheers

If it was a new stealth account, and you listed VERO, that is why it was banned.

For eBay purchases, I simply use the (cleared) fund in PayPal (from previous sales).

Don't ever fund your PayPal from your bank account!

If I will make transfer from my previous paypal account it will get linked? As ebay have suspended all 3 accounts which used 1 paypal. It wasn't stealth account

Would a link be created? Yes. But so long as its a one off and you use G&S not F&F then it should be fine

G&S = Goods & Services (what you should use when buying an item, has fees)
F&F = Friends & Family (what people use to try to avoid fees)
