Time taken to get Selling limit for new account

How long do you get to know how much limit u get for your account?
I created my first stealth account today after getting the ebook today.

Last I checked, limits kicked in after you complete first sale. If your limit is 0/0 from the beginning, then you will have to call in and answer questions

Once your account becomes a seller account you get your limits.
