Can I link a new Paypal to eBay after the previous one is suspended?
 

Howdy,

My Paypal account is suspended after I mistakenly reported fraud for one transaction that I made. The Paypal CS didn't let me explain or give me a chance to reinstate but advise me to provide additional documents for fund withdrawal. There is only a few dollars left so I don't mind losing it.

However, when I come to eBay to adjust listing quantity to 0, I encountered an error saying that I need to use a different Paypal email. Otherwise, I cannot do anything else besides put the store on vacation. There has been nothing happening with my eBay yet. I wonder if I buy a new Paypal to link my current eBay , it will be terminated as well. We all know that eBay and Pp are the same company atm.

I use my real information on those 2. I'm not a US citizen but I have a few US bank accounts while I travelled here. Please give me some advice. I am willing to read the book but I have a trouble to get it, only see subscription right now.

Can you? Yes. There will be risk involved obviously. Go in with knowing that the new PayPal may go down. On the other hand, you could be lucky and it could last a long time.

I don't recommend it. It's a ticking time bomb basically.

Some people have reported some success doing this but keep in mind that this is not good stealth - you could get limited but never know exactly when.

Success rate varies.

Yes you can, I have accounts that haven't lasted years doing this

I read previous threads saying that the book costed $37 but there was only subscription option of $19. I bought it yesterday and found out that the book is included.

Haven't?

I assume they will let eBay account free but suspend any Paypal account that links to it :/
