Start new with legit business info?
 

So I'm selling 100% authentic non high risk items on my original account. Pp just got permanent restriction because I think it was linked with past a count that sold Vero.


Here is my question

I own a business (totally non eBay related) but is an LLC.
Can I open an eBay and pp in it's name and just keep sales under 20k. I will declare the income as personal because I want to pay tax personally, not under business.


Will this work?

Not sure how you can open an account as a business but declare the income as personal. I could be wrong, maybe others can chime in.

LLC income is passed directly to the person. Unless I don't understand what you mean...

Basically wanting to use LLC info but not declare income through llc.(pp don't send tax forms right). I do plan to pay taxes just personally not through llc schedule k

You mean the PayPal account got linked to an eBay account that was banned before? Could you please elaborate a little bit further on the suspension?

No... eBay accounts are fine but pp are banned. There were 3 accounts that got hit. 2 we're inactive, but did sell Vero in past. Other was active but sold legit items, nothing branded
