I feel disappointed again, of course due to ebay poor service for sellers. The case now is like two weeks ago I send an item to a buyer and I told him I had to send the item without batteries because of a restriction here to send batteries and after I said that in a message he wanted his money back immediately so for me that was very suspicious, anyways after he received the item, he wanted to open a case for a item as not described and sent me a message complaining about the batteries and he also said I had to give them an accessory it was not on my listing. A week after that he could open a case on ebay and an ebay representative emailed me saying I had to offer free return shipping but according to my listing the return is paid by the buyer, and after the case is opened the only option I have on ebay is issue a refund, not other button. Therefore as far as I see the buyer can get the item for free or I have to pay him a free return I did not offer, what a joke is ebay for sellers these days.:attention: |
