Stores cost money on eBay. I've never heard of them being offered free.

It's cheap and you can make quite a lot if you know how to use the store-subscription.

Unless you do all auctions or low-volume it's hard to compete without a store subscription and some kind of promo/sale on almost all your listings.

I already got a promo of 3 month free on basic store but on some of my stealth accounts and some of them not! that's why i'm asking if there's anyway to apply it for all of my accs

Absolutely nothing. But the popular mindset of a LOT of people on here is to let the small cost of something like this prohibit them from making thousands of dollars a year.

@OP - Those kinds of promos are invite only and cannot be transferred or accessed to/from another account.
