Good Morning guys
brand new and first post


Aside from stealth accounts,
In your opinion - How many bog standard ebay accounts selling similar legit items can be ran from 1 bog standard ip without raising flags?

Really depends how wide your IP range is

Lets not get carried away with subnets and stick with the laymans bog standard
ip range..

That reply doesnt make sense...

If you want to run more than 1 account you need more than 1 IP

If you have 1 IP you can run 1 account

If you want to run lots of accounts then you need a wide IP range

what is it called when you yourself pull down all your auctions (for whatever reason) then a few days later you get an ebay message saying they have removed your items even when none were listed?

They can remove items upto 90 days after they have been listed even if you have already removed them previously or they have all been sold/ended.

As a newbie to a forum
i'd be very disappointed if i didnt get an answer to a problem
But getting replies from a ranked member seemingly with tunnel vision
is also disappointing

ive ran 4 accounts from each ip for over 10 yrs
without knowledge of width of ip range

Knowing if ebay can say they've removed your items whilst them being offline
is quite different to knowing what this action is called

Its called eBay removing your items...

If there is a code to it then they will send you the code in the email.

Not sure what other answer your expecting?

I'd also like to add that if any of your items are scheduled (not yet live on the site) they can still be taken down as if they were.

I recently had an item scheduled for a week later, and EB removed it saying it was a "photo violation". Apparently they didn't like the fact I used a stock photo in that particular listing.

You should run each account on a different IP
