Yes, they can send payments on authorize.net via mobile. However, it's best that your website is mobile optimized, to have a more user-friendly browsing experience.

This is false. I get the impression Bangduck is talking about using Auth.net for payment on your own e-commerce website rather than using Auth.net with eBay.

Auth.net checkout on eBay still does not work on mobile devices. Potential buyers will have to checkout on a desktop or laptop or they will get an error message. It doesn't matter if they're using the eBay app or a mobile browser - neither one will work.
