Account went back to having holds!

Hello All. I bought a large batch of units and a small portion of the units were faulty. I was selling it on one of my stealth accounts which is aged 1 year+++ AND roughly 45k In total sales YTD. Recently, due the this batch, it appears the account has slightly digressed since there were several returns opened.
I sold a $600 Unit and eBay asked for a hold to be placed via PayPal which I have not even though Possible. Is this account on ice?
Thanks and looking forward to hear on how to get it back Strong again.

you can sell a enough items without buyer returns or any other problems, which will improve your ebay seller metrics, hence possibly removing the hold on paypal.

however, it may take several months for it to be lifted, and there is no guarantee.
