Received a new computer at work, should I take advantage of this to make new accounts
 

Hi everyone. Noob here so sorry if this is a lame post. I recently started a new job and was given my own computer. So now Im thinking, can I use this since its a new computer with its own IP address to make a new ebay/ paypal account? Or maybe buy a stealth one and use the stealth account on it? I have my own EB/PP account in good standing, I just would like a new account as a backup.

I must admit I had to bring it home this weekend and connected it to my wifi. Did I just screw myself? Will my actual IP Address now be connected to my work one? If I disconnect it from my wifi will I be alright?

I plan on buying a VCC from 123 and maybe getting that burner app to make a "new" phone number. I also recently got a new back account for personal purposes so I now have a back account not connected to anything.... well besides it being my name and SSN. With that, if I make my new accounts at work while on my work computer, would i be in the clear that it won't be connected to me?

Not sure if Im going about all of this wrong, or if you suggest not getting work equipment / address involved with selling. I just figured with the new computer I should take advantage of it?

Honestly, I wouldn't mix your work with your business. Also, are you sure you are getting your own IP, and not sharing it with everyone in the office?

1 month later gets fired has to turn his laptop in with a bunch of stealth accounts on it :pout:

Why do you need a new computer? The IP, cookies...etc are what matters.
