Not sure how my account got suspended
 

I started dropshipping (located in US) on my new stealth account in September and it was going smoothly up until yesterday when eBay sent me a message saying I am no longer able to sell indefinitely. Had the $80 store subscription where I could list 1000 items and had 47 positive feedbacks and 1 negative from buyers. I resolved all my open cases in the same day as well as communicate with buyers. I did use money from the sales to order on the drop shipping website. Account had about 550 listings.
Made almost $500 a month and did withdraws once every few weeks.
Now this is my guess on why my eBay got suspended. I made a big order through good and services with PayPal from my supplier in China to sell physical items and used my old address that was banned previously. I thought PayPal didn’t look into this but maybe this is where I ****ed up. Few hours later after this transaction is when eBay sent the message saying I can no longer sell
What do you guys think was the cause so I can avoid a future mistakes
Also, eBay did ask for my tax info around October so I gave them an EIN (sole proprietorship) and account was running perfectly

How many cases came up? Have you looked at the quality of your product and your business model? Quite a few factors potentially at play.

Less than 10 cases, but I resolved them all, this model was perfect and the only reason I got banned the first time is because I stopped replying to buyers messages and left cases for eBay to deal with. This is my first stealth account and it is now dead.

You say since September. You mean 2 months ago? Chances are you were moving WAY too quickly for a new stealth account. This is why we say slowly build up the selling history for a few months.

Always have more accounts than you need. As one gets matured, start a new one to continue growing the amount of accounts you have in reserve. I could easily sell $30k/mo on each account, but that would get them banned quickly.

So the PayPal transaction had nothing to do with it correct

It may have. Probably best to go get a PO Box for any shipments you may need
