Ebay Business Account
 

So I've had a personal account under my name and my sisters as well. However those were both suspended indefinitely from selling. I want to continue to sell on ebay but am at somewhat of at a standstill. So I was wondering if i could make a ebay business account and use the EIN from my LLC. I could also make a Paypal business account but I'm curious if i can still put it all under my name so I can get the 1099k form at the end of the year. My biggest concern is taxes at the end of the year.

1. Your name/address is blacklisted now. I would avoid using it again.

2. You want to keep selling, so its time to go stealth! Buy eBay Stealth book, and read it like the bible. It will teach you what you want to know.

3. As long as you do not go over $20k/200 sales per account, PayPal will not send a 1099k form. You can manually report these earning on your taxes.

4. Welcome to the forum. You have come to the right place to learn about stealth. I really do recommend purchasing the book, as it will help you learn. There are plenty of really helpful people on here, but I recommend trying to gather as much information as you can without asking first. This is just because the human brain will retain information that it had to search for easier :D

Thanks for the help! Ive already purchased the book and my sales are usually around 100k monthly per account. So avoiding the 1099k form is almost impossible unless I make a new account every week.

At those sales amount, I would recommend splitting into a bunch of stealth accounts. That way, if one gets suspended again, you are able to continue selling
