setting up authorize.net

Is it complicated setting up on ebay for authorize.net? I do not see anywhere on ebay I can set up at all. Is anyone able to help me with this. When I click on Sign up for a payment gateway it keep shows error sign. Thank you

They aren't allowing any new merchant accounts on eBay, and those who already have them attached will have them forcibly removed in March of 2019.

I'm afraid it's too late to play around with that nightmare now.

Or "eBay Managed Payments" which is what they'd prefer you use now.

As Phaz stated above, eBay Managed Payments will be the only option other than PayPal for sellers to accept payments going forward.

eBay Managed Payments will use Adyen as their backend Payment Processor. This has been well discussed here and elsewhere at length.

Nobody knows yet. As far as I'm aware it hasn't been a feature long enough for anyone to experiment with it.

I think managed payments is still invite only. If you see something about signing up for eBay managed payments on one of your old accounts with a burned PP, give it a try and let us know how it goes please. :)

When you login and go to seller hub, there will be a banner up top saying something like "complete control over payments - try managed payments today!" or something like that.

I'll post a screenshot for you next time I'm on an invited account. Might be tomorrow.
