Ok I've sent multiple packages overseas now. And 50% of the time the TRACKING NEVER UPDATES AFTER IT SAYS ITS LEFT MIAMI INTENTIONAL. (one to canada and one to south korea) The south korea person got theres even tracking never showed...but the BIG one Canada is what im worried about. $800 item. If tracking never updates and says delivered am I totally SOL? p.s I did not insure it lol. Will ebay take the loss?

Canada Post workers went on strike over a month ago.

As long as it shows as delivered and you have a delivery signature confirmation, you should be fine.

hasnt even arrived in canada yet...scanned 20th processed through miami...

Even when Canada Post workers aren't doing rolling strikes they won't scan any USPS 1st Class Packages and they'll say it up front. They say it's too cheap of a service for them to offer tracking on up to the recipients door. So you're lucky if you even get a scan when the shipment enters Canada.

If it's a Priority shipment, they're supposed to scan those but rarely do. Luckily Canadians are nice and honest people for the most part.
