Usa rep times instead of foreigners

Ok im trying to figure out when most customer service reps from USA are working answering calls. Every time I talked with an Asian its a total disaster they dont even try to help you. But almost 80% of the time I talked with USA reps they are cool as F and help me straight away no issues.....does anybody know the times USA reps answer calls? Sunday nights are the only times I know of. Thanks in advance.
