It looks less expensive than constantly buying gift cards. About $1 for a money order and 40 cents for a stamp.

You can certainly put the return address that you have registered with your account.
As long as you correctly put the address for EB on it the return address should never come into play, but it will sure look more convicing

yeh i dont think they bother to examine the envelope it comes in, but i put the correct return as the addy on the acct. well that is if i pay it at all. hee eheheheheh

This is what I did once. The payment appeared on my seller account surprisingly quickly, too! I was suprised that eBay had even received the envelope already at the time the credit was posted to my account.
