Restricted account MC011
 

Hi all! This is my first post, sorry if I miss any rule.
And sorry also for my English, i am from Spain.
I was banned with my old account from ebay and now i have a new account (No bussines) using my girlfriend name and adress.
I've received few days ago the MC011 message and they are asking me for bills with any documents to verify my ID.
Ok, i have sent the documents and bills but now, they asking me for my bussines info and i can't send it becouse obviusly, they have my real name.

Have a question, can i modify these documents and sent to them with my girlfriend name or they really check this info?

Please, if anyone have other solution will be apreciated.

I have read about the MC011 in the forum but i can't find nothing like my case.

Have you used a diffrent device using that account? they maybe have linked your previous account to that account, so that's why they;re asking a lot of docs from you.

Really i have created a new user in same device rebooting the IP and never use my old account. I think this is not the problem, the account is 3 months old selling.

If you had a 3 month run it’s probably not a link to old account that got suspended nor your account creation method. Were you selling high risk item(s)?
Did you have returns or cancelled transaction during that time?

I sell stickers,are not risk items.... I have cancelled 3 transactions this last week and 1 not received item case. I have added the tracking but the customer don't close it.
Nobody know if can send my bussines info ⊗⊗⊗⊗?

Have received a new mail.
My account has been restored becouse have sent the requested info.

Now i have 300.000€/month limit sells.

Have 5 days to send my info bussines or they will down the limit to 50.000€/month.

My photoshop it's loading.:coffee:

Lol let me know if this works. I might be using my sisters info for a new stealth account and I feel like the same thing that's happening to you would happen to me.

Hi mate!
Finally, my account has been reinstated and don't have sent nothing more. This account is working fine and selling and i wont risk it.
I want learn to do many accounts and then, i will try send these fa-- info if get the MC011.

Wow! I'm is disbelief because I have rarely heard of anyone getting past the MC011 restriction. It's a very tough restriction to overcome, for sure.

Just take is easy on this account going forward and start building new stealths at the same time.

Make more accts. Spread it out so if and when this happens again, all is not lost. Happy to hear you got it back up and running.

OP,

I'm glad you got your account back, I also highly recommend you read the ebay stealth and create back up accounts for the future.

It'll also help you diversify your accounts so you can sell more and not put all eggs in one basket.

If you have original french docs, so you can hire some freelancer to "modify" photos:)

They ask me for products pictures and identity documents. I've sent that and later they ask me for bussines info or or they would lower the sales limits.

Finally i have not sent the bussines info and they have reinstated the account but i was 300.000€ limit and now have 55.000€ limit.

Have my bussines info with my girlfriend name saved. I will try send it in my new account if get the MC011.
Really i don't know if the check the info or only accept it when see the documents. We will know next time :dance:
