eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - does ebay access paypal name details?

eBay and PayPal are not the same company anymore, but PayPal state in their terms of service that they exchange information with eBay to detect fraud. By that you could conclude that they exchange everything they have on file.

Does that also apply to address and if you're using family members info (using my real name and address on paypal while using family members for ebay)
