use tether for my 1k/25k accounts...not the only way but def if you are using a VOIP # to create the acct you will get 0/0 99.9% of the time. i only slid by once with a VOIP and got a 5/500 however, i had to call in to list additional items after that, verify info, etc.. GL

Using a VoIP # right off will nearly always result in getting 0/0 limits. This is a well known fact.
